Juneteenth Bike Ride in South LA

They made it to the Dunbar #DateWithTheNight organized by Pauletta Pierce and Lena William a newly hire mobility justice team advocate at People for Mobility Justice! They had a good number of BIPOC bicyclists roll’en this evening in honor of #Juneteenth! I was able and grateful to share my short version presentation on the Dunbar Hotel, the Green Book, Redlining, the second migration of my parents to LA from Oklahoma and Louisiana, and the Opening Prayer and Meditation I created about a week ago in honor of George Floyd and #BlackLives!
